The overall Site formed a corner plot of land, an existing detached bungalow (in need of full refurbishment) and an additional side plot to the side of the bungalow.
Planning & Development Potential:
The Site offered a range of re-development potential options. The most straight forward proposition being to refurbish or demolish the existing bungalow to create two new Chalet style properties. The rear plot of land on the corner of High Elms offered additional scope for 1-2 bungalows.
Means of Disposal:
